A total of 17 former 166su football players are currently on active rosters throughout the NFL as they start to prepare for week three of the preseason. That list is highlighted by starters Brandon Marshall (Chicago), Bruce Miller (San Francisco), Josh Sitton (Green Bay), Kevin Smith (Detroit), Atari Bigby (San Diego) and Matt Prater (Denver).

From the 2011 166su roster, four Knights are experiencing their first NFL preseason camps: Nick Pieschel, Josh Linam, Josh Robinson and Charley Hughlett. Adam Nissley also was in camp and saw time in week one with the Atlanta Falcons before being injured.

Meanwhile, three players are representing 166su north of the border in the CFL’s regular season: Cedric Gagne-Marcoux, Joe Burnett and Keith Shologan.
